1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website (the "Site"), operated by Design Fox Collective Limited ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Who we are

Design Fox Collective Limited is a design studio and collective offering brand, digital, and product design services. These Terms cover your use of the Site itself; any paid project work is governed by a separate signed agreement or statement of work.

3. Using the Site

You may browse the Site, explore our work, and use the tools we provide — the project discovery form, newsletter sign-up, consultation booking, and client login — for their intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, including client accounts that aren't yours
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial use without our permission
• Introduce malware or disrupt the Site's operation
• Misrepresent yourself or the information you submit through our forms

4. Client accounts

If we set you up with a client login:

• You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account
• Tell us immediately at tony [at] designfox.uk if you suspect unauthorised access
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms

5. Enquiries, the discovery questionnaire, and proposals

Submitting the project discovery questionnaire or contact form doesn't create a contract between us — it's how we learn about your project so we can put together a proposal. A project only begins once both parties sign a separate agreement or statement of work, which sets out scope, fees, timelines, and intellectual property terms for that project.

6. Booking a consultation

Consultations are booked through Calendly, a third-party service. Calendly's own terms and privacy policy apply to the booking process itself. [Add your cancellation or rescheduling policy here, if you have one.]

7. Newsletter

By signing up to our newsletter, you agree to receive occasional emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly.

8. Intellectual property

• All content on the Site — including text, images, and our portfolio of past work — is owned by Design Fox Collective Limited or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
• Ownership of intellectual property created during a client project is set out in that project's own agreement, not in these Terms.

9. Third-party services and links

The Site uses or links to third-party services, including Calendly for bookings and Google Analytics. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties — their own terms and privacy policies apply separately.

10. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is". While we try to keep information accurate and current, we make no guarantees about the Site's completeness, reliability, or availability, and we're not liable for loss arising from your use of it, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Design Fox Collective isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't legally be limited or excluded — for example, liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
